THE BURNOUT TO BREAKTHROUGH PATHWAY

This beginner 12 week session will empower you to dive deep into your intentions to acknowledge burnout in the workplace and how to minimize the effect of burnout on your personal and professional life.  Causes and remedies of stress-induced health habits are discussed to help individuals understand how burnout can impact health.

This package is a virtual step by step module and discussion which meets for 60 minutes once a week via zoom for 12 weeks.  Features of this package include:

-Introduction to burnout and stress in the workplace + home

-Mindful movement

-Mindfulness techniques

-Breathwork techniques

-Self care action plan to help establish healthy routines

MAINTAINING RESILIENCE

Optimizing your well-being through managed stress reduction techniques.

It is normal for a person to experience a stressor at work or at home. Maintaining Resilience sessions teach YOU techniques on how to take on these stressors and minimize the stress spike to a level where it is easier to recover from.  

Ease tensions at work and find a balance throughout your day with these tactics.  Each 30-45 minute session includes:

-Breathwork

-Intentional yoga stretching

-Grounding meditation

-Sound Healing

Sessions can be custom tailored to meet individual needs.
