Hey there, you feeling stressed out? Overwhelmed? Feel like you’re going through the motions? I’ve been there too.

My name is Lauren Villegas, and I have 10+ years in the burnout space with a combination of my own burnout and now helping women navigate their own healing journey.

I have supported over THOUSANDS of women just like you in this space and am looking forward to guiding you on the right path to breaking free from the burnout and stress.

I love to bring together the worlds of science and woo, to guide and empower women to come back to their joy. You can call my work holistic burnout coaching.

In my work with you, I use a combination of different modalities that include hard burnout science, in combination with somatic practices, breathwork, and sound therapy. Through these various modalities, we’re able to navigate through the mind, body, and spirit as one, and get you back to living in your joy.
